Terms and Conditions

At Van der Valk Business, we work with Framework Agreements for business relations wherever possible, including agreements on rates and conditions for hotel stays and conference facilities at the affiliated Van der Valk hotels.

The actual reservations (Reservation Agreements) are always made with the specific Van der Valk Hotel & Restaurant. These hotels are independent businesses and operate at their own expense and risk.

For your reservation via a Reservation Agreement, whether under a Framework Agreement or not, the general terms and conditions of the respective hotel generally apply. For hotels based in the Netherlands, this often concerns the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH), possibly supplemented with hotel-specific provisions. Hotels outside the Netherlands typically have their own general terms and conditions tailored to local law.

During the reservation process, the terms and conditions applicable to your booking are made available to you. You are given the opportunity to review them and must explicitly agree to them before the reservation is finalized.

Van der Valk Business facilitates the reservation process and is the first point of contact for questions or complaints, but is not a party to the execution of the reservation agreement. The relevant hotel is responsible for its execution.
