With a personal Corporate Account, you can easily make online reservations through the Corporate Portal at pre-agreed business rates. You'll also have a complete overview of all your business hotel stays, making it easy to manage and review your reservations.

If your organisation has a framework agreement with Valk Business, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager as your main point of contact.

If you don't have a framework agreement, you can still benefit from one central point of contact for all participating Van der Valk hotels. Our experienced Booking Office team is happy to assist you in planning meetings, events and conferences and finding the most suitable location.

You can easily manage your business bookings through your Corporate Account on the Van der Valk Corporate Sales website. Under Reservations, you can view, modify or cancel your bookings. You'll also have insight into both your upcoming and previous reservations at all participating Van der Valk hotels.

As a corporate customer with a framework agreement, you'll enjoy a range of benefits. You'll have access to the Corporate Portal, where you can easily book at all participating Van der Valk hotels at your agreed business rates. At many hotels, booking on account is also available.

If your agreement also covers meetings and events, you may benefit from discounts on meeting room hire or customised meeting packages. In addition, our central Booking Office acts as your single point of contact for all participating Van der Valk hotels, helping you find the right venue and ensuring your agreed terms are applied consistently.

Yes. If your organisation books more than 250 hotel room nights per year or generates an annual meeting spend of approximately €25,000 or more, you may qualify for a nationwide framework agreement. This includes agreed corporate rates, such as discounts on the Best Available Rate (BAR) and/or meeting room hire at participating Van der Valk hotels.
