The Valk Giftcard can be freely used at all Van der Valk Hotels & Restaurants both domestically and abroad. You can use the Giftcard both physically and online.
What values can I choose per gift card?
You can order gift cards from €5 to €250 per card.
Is there a minimum purchase for business orders?
Yes, for business orders a minimum of 25 gift cards applies.
Do you also provide digital gift cards?
Yes, we offer both physical and digital gift cards.
What is the delivery time for physical gift cards?
The Valk Giftcard is sent with PostNL.
Within the Netherlands: within 3 working days
Within Europe: 3-5 working days
Outside Europe: 3–8 working days
Does the balance of the Valk Giftcard need to be spent all at once?
No, that is not necessary. The advantage of a Valk Giftcard is that the amount does not need to be redeemed all at once. The remaining balance stays on the card.
