Through which portal can I book my business overnight stays?

For business overnight stays, there are two corporate booking portals available:

Van der Valk Corporates Portal

Through this portal, you can book business stays at both Van der Valk Business hotels and Van der Valk Exclusief hotels.

Van der Valk Business Corporate Portal

Through this portal, you can book business stays at Van der Valk Business hotels.

Does your organization have a corporate agreement with Van der Valk Business? Then you can use the Van der Valk Business Corporate Portal. Organizations with business rate agreements at both Van der Valk Business and Van der Valk Exclusief can also use the Van der Valk Corporates portal.

What can I book with a Corporate Account?

Through the corporate portals, you can book, modify, and cancel business hotel overnight stays.

Would you like to organize a meeting, gathering, or event? Then contact our Booking Office. They will be happy to help you find a suitable location and coordinate your request with one or more Van der Valk Hotels.

When is my organization eligible for a Corporate Account?

Organizations with at least 250 hotel nights per year may qualify for a Corporate Account and corporate rates.

How do I use my corporate rates?

Your corporate rates only apply to reservations made via your personal corporate portal or through the Booking Office.

This way, all bookings are centrally registered, and your agreed discount is automatically applied to the room price. Additionally, you retain insight into your booking history and business overnight stays.
