With 14 multifunctional meeting rooms, Hotel Beveren offers numerous possibilities for groups of all sizes (up to 800 persons). All meeting rooms are equipped with modern audiovisual equipment and will be set up and decorated completely according to your wishes. All meeting rooms have air conditioning and Wi-fi. Furthermore, our meeting rooms have plenty of daylight and access to a terrace. Moreover, Hotel Beveren has 220 free parking spaces and the bus stop is only 300 meters from the hotel. During summer and winter, we also open our unique concept ‘Thirsty Toucan Bar’, where we organise customised events for our guests.
